Confirmations

Registration confirmations will be sent via email. If you do not have an email address, your confirmation will be sent via postal mail. You will not receive tickets in the mail; you will pick up your materials at the front door when you arrive at the BASH. Please help us contact you by providing accurate, legible email addresses and contact information.

Stay In Touch with the BASH

Stay in touch with the BASH to learn more about the speakers, exhibitors, and special activities. All BASH registrants will receive email updates. Your email address will be used for no purpose other than the BASH.

Registration Deadlines

Mail-in registrations postmarked February 27, 2018 or later may not be received in time for the BASH. Please consider Online Registration instead of Mail-in Registration after February 27, 2018. BASH walk-in registrations will be accepted at the door at $50.00 (cash or check only), space permitting.

Bank-Returned Check Policy

OCCGS will charge a fee of $20.00 for each returned check. Returned checks must be paid by cash, money order, cashier's check, or credit card.

Refunds

Refunds requested in writing on or before March 3, 2018 will be assessed a $15 administrative fee. There will be no refunds for requests received after March 10, 2018 or for refund requests not submitted in writing. Refund requests will be processed after the BASH and refunds issued by March 31, 2018.
