Sunny J. Morton

Sunny Jane Morton is co-author of the NGS award-winning volume, How to Find Your Family History in U.S. Church Records, written with Harold A. Henderson, CG. Her current research focuses on characterizing the archives and records of Catholic women religious. She is a longtime Contributing Editor at Family Tree Magazine; Director of Content at YourDNAGuide.com; past contributor to Lisa Louise Cooke's Genealogy Gems Podcast; and writer for the FamilySearch blog. She is the author of Story of My Life: A Workbook for Preserving Your Legacy, now in its 2nd edition. She has lectured internationally and across the United States, including at the Library of Congress.
