Larry Naukam is a longtime member of the Rochester NY Genealogical Society, serves on the RGS's Church Records Preservation Committee, and is currently its' President and Programs Chair. He was head of the local history, genealogy and digitizing division when he worked at the Central Library in Rochester 1978-2011. He also worked for an abstract company, and majored in geography in college. He has written for numerous online publications, and recently wrote the In Brief Guide to New York Genealogy, published by the In Depth Genealogist.
