Pam Vestal
Pam Vestal is a professional genealogical researcher, writer, and national speaker with more than twenty years of experience as a professional writer. She specializes in combining historical research with storytelling to help clients discover not only the facts of their family history, but the lives behind them.
A member of the Association of Professional Genealogists and numerous genealogical organizations, Pam has pursued extensive genealogical triaining through conferences, workshops, and research across the United States. Since becoming a professional speaker in 2016, she has presented for genealogical societies, public libraries, and regional and national conferences nationwide. Her writing has appeared in publications including the National Genealogical Society Magazine, APG Quarterly, and FGS Forum.

Part of the thrill of genealogy is sharing our discoveries with those we love, so it can be disappointing when our family members and friends have no interest in the subject. However, with good research, thoughtful planning, and a dash of ingenuity, we can create engaging stories designed to entice even the most reluctant readers.
